At whokilledepste.ink, all our products are made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind.
When do we process a replacement?
We accept claims in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged product
- Printing error (incorrect design, incorrect colours, etc.)
- Incorrect product received
In these cases, please contact us via our website within 7 days of receiving your order, providing the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photographs of the product
We will review each case and, if appropriate, send you a replacement product. It is not necessary to return the product.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the carrier.
